- Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are only applicable for items with manufacturing defects or if the incorrect item has been delivered.
- Items damaged due to mishandling, such as drops or improper care, are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Custom orders, engraved items, and bespoke designs are non-refundable.
- Return Window:
- Eligible items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging, tags, and certificates intact.
- Inspection Process:
- Once received, all returned items will undergo a thorough inspection by our quality assurance team.
- If the item passes inspection, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Non-Refundable Costs:
- Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Exchanges:
- Exchanges are only permitted in cases of manufacturing defects.
- If the customer prefers, they may exchange the item for another in-stock piece of equal or greater value. Any price difference must be settled at the time of the exchange.
